Article 2 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the ioneebeauty.com website. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 3 — Products
The products offered are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. IONĒE reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). IONĒE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Worldwide delivery is free, with no minimum purchase required.
Article 5 — Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during your order. IONĒE reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, an incorrect address, or any other problem with your account.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are indicated during checkout. IONĒE does not store any banking data.
Article 7 — Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
- Europe: 5 to 8 business days
- United States & Canada: 5 to 8 business days
These times are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand. A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order, without needing to provide a reason. Article 9 — Returns and Refunds
You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a refund. Please contact us at contact@ioneebeauty.com with your order number. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days following the receipt and validation of the returned item.
Article 10 — Legal Guarantees
In accordance with articles L.217-4 and subsequent articles of the Consumer Code, products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Should a defect be identified, please contact us at contact@ioneebeauty.com.
Article 11 — Liability
IONĒE cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question. Our products comply with current French and European regulations.
